Painting & Decorating Warranty

All painting and decorating services completed by Kavexa Property Services are covered by a 6-Month Workmanship Warranty from the date of project completion.

This warranty covers defects resulting directly from our workmanship under normal conditions and use.

Epoxy Garage Flooring Warranty

All epoxy garage flooring installations completed by Kavexa Property Services are covered by a 6-Month Workmanship Warranty from the date of installation.

This warranty covers workmanship-related defects that affect the performance or appearance of the installed flooring system.

Manufacturer Warranties

Where products, materials, coatings, paints, or flooring systems are supplied by third-party manufacturers, any applicable manufacturer warranties will apply separately and are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the respective manufacturer.

Kavexa Property Services does not alter, extend, or replace manufacturer warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions

Our workmanship warranty does not cover defects, damage, or deterioration caused by:

• Water ingress or water leaks
• Structural movement or building settlement
• Cracking due to substrate movement
• Rising damp or moisture-related issues
• Impact damage or accidental damage
• Misuse, neglect, or improper use
• Failure to maintain the treated surface or area
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by external factors beyond our control
• Repairs or alterations performed by third parties

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe there is an issue covered under this warranty, please contact Kavexa Property Services as soon as possible with:

• Your name and contact details
• Property address
• Date of service completion
• Description of the issue
• Supporting photographs where available

We will assess the claim and, where covered by this warranty, undertake reasonable remedial work at no additional cost.
