3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotations provided by Kavexa Property Services are based on the information available at the time of quoting.

Quotes provided from photographs, videos, measurements, plans, descriptions, or information supplied by the client are estimates only. Final pricing may vary following an on-site inspection if additional work, access restrictions, safety concerns, property damage, excessive cleaning requirements, unforeseen conditions, or other site-related issues are identified.

Additional work requested outside the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are subject to availability.

Payment terms will be advised at the time of booking and may require:

  • Full payment upon completion;
  • Deposit payments for larger projects; or
  • Progress payments for ongoing works.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

Late payments may incur administration fees or collection costs where permitted by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding the property and required services.
  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
  • Remove valuable, fragile, or sensitive items before service commencement.
  • Notify us of any hazards, damage, or special requirements before work begins.

Kavexa Property Services will not be liable for delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate information or restricted site access.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings by providing reasonable notice.

Cancellation fees may apply where:

  • Short notice is provided;
  • Staff or equipment have already been allocated; or
  • Materials have been purchased specifically for the project.

Kavexa Property Services reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Property Access

Where clients are not present during service delivery, they are responsible for providing secure and lawful access to the property.

Any keys, codes, or access information supplied will be used solely for the purpose of completing the booked service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • Kavexa Property Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, wear and tear, structural defects, mould issues, pest infestations, or hidden property defects.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Warranty & Service Quality

We strive to provide all services with reasonable care and skill.

If you believe a service has not been completed satisfactorily, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.

We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
